Initiate Your Request
Log into your Artamiz account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
